1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)
- Standard shipping: €4.95
- Free shipping on orders of €100 or more
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
3. EU Shipping We ship to all 27 EU member states.
- Standard shipping: €12.95
- Free shipping on orders of €120 or more
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on destination
4. International Shipping
- Standard shipping: €19.95
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
5. Delays Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sierra.593.ec@gmail.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Customs & Import Duties For shipments within the EU, no customs duties apply. For international orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
